I take consulting work very seriously because I believe that a paid consultation is the best and fastest way to answer these questions. We will talk at length about my process, your goals/expectations and my ability to meet those goals/expectations. I will share budget info with you at this meeting. We can talk about how much a typical kitchen or bathroom costs and how close your project is to the typical project. By the end of our meeting you will know who I am and how I operate, what you should expect your project to cost and when we could start it and how long it'll take to complete. We will also discuss how we move this project forward if you should choose to. 

Here’s roughly what to expect for each of the different meetings. Any questions just give Aaron a  call  or send him a  message. 

Repair meeting 1 hr - $150.00

One hour will give us enough time to diagnose most issues and come up with a solution, cost, timeline and discuss it with you for 10-15min. Major repairs/issues may require 2 hours. Questions? Reach out to Aaron. 

Bathroom meeting 2 hrs - $300.00

Two hours will let us talk about what we can do with your bathroom as well as let you get to know us a little more. We will also have some time to discuss budgets and timeline at a high level. Two hours will also allow a decent first draft of an estimate, we’ll still be estimating for the gut on a few items but you’ll be close to final numbers before we leave 

Kitchen meeting 3 hrs - $450.00 

Three hours for a kitchen meeting will get us a high level discussion about issues with your current kitchen and goals and dreams for the new kitchen. We will also have time to investigate your existing heating, plumbing and electrical systems in order to see what types of modifications will be needed. When we are finished you’ll have a broad understanding of the scope and scale of the project as well as a rough budget and timeline. We will also map out next steps, these can include design, selections, meetings with the plumber and electrician.

Whole level meeting 2 hrs  - $300.00  Two hours will get us a good introduction and high level view of the project including goals/issues we are trying to solve, budget and timeline along with planning for next steps like getting a preliminary budget and design evaluation. Because whole floor renovations can be so involved this should be considered a “high level” meeting. Budgeting can still be provided but work outside the meeting will be required to get you good numbers.
